Our neighborhood association is made up of two distinct and united neighborhoods. Both of which share a northern border of Arapaho and southern border of Beltline. The West side goes from Coit to St. Lukes. The east side begins east of Waterview and goes to the creek that runs along West Shore.
We are established neighborhoods with most homes and trees over 40 years old. Our population is a great mix of young couples, families with elementary, junior high and high school children, and the retired.
The Arapaho neighborhood is a peaceful and safe place to live and invest in property with real estate remaining of the same or increased value.
The Association strives to bring together neighbors to promote community, safety and neighborhood pride.
